Allergy Disclaimer:
We offer a variety of baked goods that may contain allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, and other ingredients. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to placing your order.

1. Design and Flavor Variations:
   We will ask you for inspiration photos. Please note that while we strive to replicate designs and flavors as closely as possible, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. Photos provided for reference are examples only and may differ from the final product. If you are not providing inspiration photos, we will assume creative design.

2. Tasting and Consultation Fees:
   A tasting and consultation fee will apply for custom wedding cakes and dessert tables. This fee is non-refundable but will be applied to your final order should you choose to book with us within three days of your scheduled tasting. To qualify, the invoice must be paid in full by the due date and a signed contract must be received before the invoice due date.

3. Grace Period for Estimates: Once your custom wedding cake estimate is provided, we offer a three-day grace period to review and make your decision. Due to limited availability, dates are not officially reserved until payment is received and may be released after the grace period if not secured. We will gladly adjust your estimate as a one-time courtesy. If any requests for adjustments are made after that, there will be a $30.00 administrative fee.

4. Payment Policy:
   Payment in full is required upon receipt of the invoice to secure your wedding date. Unpaid invoices will not guarantee your booking and may result in cancellation of your order. Please note that all payments are non-refundable once received.

5. Cancellation Policy:
   Cancellations must be made in writing at least 45 days before the event date.

6. Delivery and Setup Policy:
   We offer delivery and setup services for wedding cakes and dessert tables. Delivery fees are based on distance and complexity of setup. Once the product is set up, we are not responsible for damages caused by venue staff, guests, or environmental factors.

7. Liability Disclaimer:
   Once the cake or desserts have been delivered and set up, Sweet Paige Baking Co. is not responsible for any damages, mishandling, or improper storage of the items.

8. Rental Equipment:
   Any rented equipment (stands, displays, etc.) must be returned within five (5) days of the event in its original condition. A refundable security deposit of $100.00 will be collected and returned upon receipt of undamaged items.

9. Weather Disclaimer:
   Extreme weather conditions, such as heat and humidity, may affect the integrity of buttercream, ganache, and other delicate finishes. We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the quality of your cake, but Sweet Paige Baking Co. is not responsible for environmental damage after delivery.
