  • November and December our booking schedule is closed for weddings

All weddings — including micro weddings and pickup-only orders — are fulfilled through our Wedding Packages..

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our Approach

To protect quality and provide a calm planning experience, all wedding orders are fulfilled through defined packages.

We do not offer:

  • Fully bespoke or design-from-scratch wedding cakes

  • Custom frosting colors

  • Special embellishments or decorative replication

  • Inspiration-photo-based designs

Our focus is on flavor, craftsmanship, and a clean, timeless finish that complements your celebration beautifully.

The Sweetheart Collection

Sweetheart Cake & Cupcakes

$450 | Serves 50–60

Includes:

  • One sweetheart / cutting cake (one flavor)

  • 4 dozen cupcakes

  • Vanilla bean buttercream

  • Professional preparation for pickup or venue coordination (when applicable)

Flavor Structure:

  • Cake: 1 flavor

  • Cupcakes: all 4 dozen must be the same flavor

Endless Love Collection

Two-Tier Cake & Cupcakes

$695 | Serves 75–100

Includes:

  • Two-tier wedding cake (one flavor across both tiers)

  • 4 dozen cupcakes

  • Vanilla bean buttercream

Flavor Structure:

  • Cake: 1 flavor

  • Cupcakes:

    • 2 dozen of Flavor A

    • 2 dozen of Flavor B

  • Cupcake flavors are offered in two-dozen increments per flavor

Three-Tier Wedding Cake

Includes:

  • Three-tier wedding cake

  • One flavor across all tiers

Notes:

  • This option is cake-only

  • Cupcakes are not included but cookies may be added

To ensure consistency, wedding cakes are prepared as a single flavor. Flavor variety may be added through cupcakes or cookies.

COOKIE ADD-ON (OPTIONAL)

Cookies may be added to any Wedding Package in limited quantities:

  • 4 dozen cookies Starting at $120.00— up to 2 flavors

  • 6 dozen cookies Starting at $180.00— up to 3 flavors

  • Cookies are produced in two-dozen increments per flavor

Cookies are an add-on only and do not replace cake or cupcake minimums.

FLORALS

We are happy to place up to 10 fresh stems on the cake during delivery or setup if provided by your florist and left on the table.

Sweet Paige Baking Co. does not source florals or design floral arrangements. All additional styling and décor are the responsibility of the client and florist.

Booking Details

  • Wedding availability is limited each season

  • Dates are secured once availability is confirmed and payment is received

  • We do not hold dates without payment

  • If our package-based approach feels like the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.

Delivery & Venue Policy

  • Delivery and on-site setup are available exclusively at our select preferred venues listed below.

  • Weddings held at venues outside of this list are fulfilled as pickup-only orders.

This structure allows us to maintain consistency, quality, and a calm wedding day experience for our couples.
